Dental Implants
Dental implants are considered the best way to replace missing teeth. Our surgeons place these titanium posts in the jawbone where they act as artificial tooth roots. Implants provide superior stability for lifelike restorations such as dentures, crowns, or bridges. Secondly, the implants encourage healthy jawbone growth, preventing the bone deterioration and weakening that can occur where teeth are missing.
Wisdom Teeth Extraction
These "third molars" start to break through our gums when we hit our late teens or early twenties. Unfortunately, these teeth can sometimes grow in crooked or sideways, or even get trapped in your jaw or below the gum. Known as impacted wisdom teeth, this can shift surrounding teeth out of alignment or cause painful infections. Dr. Johnson or Dr. Bird can perform extractions as a preventative measure.
Bone Grafting
Sometimes a patient who needs dental implants can not receive them because they do not have enough healthy jawbone to support the titanium posts. In this case, our oral surgeons can take a section of your remaining healthy jaw tissue and graft it where it is needed to support an implant. After the graft heals, implants can be placed and restorations can be attached to complete your smile.

More Glowing Testimonials For Drs. Bird and Johnson
Everyone there was so friendly and happy to help, they called me regularly when they had cancelations to get me in sooner. They answered every question I had or gave me resources to find the answer. Dr was absolutely amazing, laid out everything that was going to happen, made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this office to absolutely anyone!
View on GoogleRecently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The doctor and other staff were very friendly, and I had a great surgery and recovery. I had very little swelling and bruising afterwards, and 8 days later have almost no pain and can eat more foods than I was expecting to be able to so soon after the operation. Would recommend to everyone!
